Over 6 weeks, we’ll work on:
Week 1 | Connection
Engagement, check-ins, name response, marker training and building value in the handler.
Week 2 | Calm
Place, settling, relaxation, decompression and recognizing overstimulation.
Week 3 | Leash Skills
Loose-leash walking, check-ins, distractions and working through over-threshold moments.
Week 4 | Big Feelings
Understanding triggers and threshold, using distance, pattern games, recovery and neutrality.
Week 5 | Real Life
Door greetings, passing dogs, waiting, settling and everyday distractions.
Week 6 | Integration
Put it all together with a practical Regulated Dog Challenge.
