Reservations & Communication

Use the app whenever possible to request daycare, training, or board & train reservations. Communication and updates will also be available through the app where applicable.
Vaccination Requirements
Your personal information is used to:
• Deliver services including training, lodging, grooming, and wellness programs
• Communicate about bookings, care updates, or schedule changes
• Maintain accurate client and pet records
• Send occasional updates, news, or offers (with your consent)
We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with outside organizations for marketing purposes.
Agreements & Forms
Before your dog can attend daycare, training, or board & train, two forms must be read and signed in the Gingr Pet Parent App:
1. Standard Release Form – required for all dogs in our care.
2. Cancellation Policy Agreement – must be signed prior to booking.
Facility Rules
All dogs must be on leash and under control when entering or leaving the facility.
• Please respect other dogs’ space, no touching, talking, or eye contact. Some dogs in our care need extra room.
• Retractable leashes are not permitted for safety reasons.
• Please potty your dog before drop-off, and do not allow them to relieve themselves in front of or on the building.
